This is a little bit off my usual rant or babble but if you are looking for a great mechanic, and Waynesburg, Pennsylvania isn't too far away, you should check out Wood Auto Repair.  While it might take a bit longer than Firestone to get your car back (because Dave is so busy doing a good job), you will get quality work done for a good price.

A cleaver speaker, Dave says "I can do quality work, get you a great price, or have your car done fast.  Pick two."   There is also a website for Wood Auto Repair.  Well, it's not just for Wood Auto Repair, but you will be able to contact Dave through the site.

The Website is AskAutoPro.info.  You can get answers to your automotive questions by a real mechanic there for free!  Just visit the auto pros at www.AskAutoPro.info .  It used to be a .com, but they must have lost their domain name, because the .com version is just a bunch of links now.

AskAutoPro.info promises that you will receive an answer from them within about 72 hours of asking a question.  That's not fast enough for some people, but for a free service, it's not too shabby.   I've used the site to ask about changing my oil filter.  I am a do-it-yourself type of person, even when I don't know exactly what I'm doing when I start. :)
